Rules of the Tipsy Tea:
Our policy is that only guests who can prove they are 18 and above can be served alcohol for their own consumption and due to the nature of this package all members of the party must be over 18.

Rules of the Tipsy & Topsy Tea Freeflow
Tipsy Tea freeflow luxury bookings are 90-minute slots which start at the time of your booking. Your slot will not be extended for late arrivals.
Tipsy Tea freeflow luxury is available for pre-booking only and availability times may vary.
We will only top up drinks that are finished at our discretion.
All members of the party must be ordering from the Tipsy Tea menu.
If you or a member of your party will not be drinking alcohol please let us know when you book, we also do a Topsy Tea (exactly the same as Tipsy Tea but without alcohol).
Price is per person.
Last drinks orders will be taken no later than 15 minutes before your booking ends and any unfinished drinks can be enjoyed in the bar once your table slot is over if there is an available table although we cannot guarantee this.
Drinking to excess will not be permitted, we reserve the right to cease serving at any time.
